I’m so excited to share with you some awesome news!

This Tuesday, August 23, 2016, I’m launching a training guide that will move your body towards leanness, firmness, health, and confidence.

It’s called Get Lean and Fit: Your 4-week Training Guide to Blast Fat and Get Toned and it will deliver results!

Fitness and athletics has always played a major role in my life. I played collegiate basketball and loved every minute of it. In high school, I played basketball, volleyball, participated in track and field events, and even ran cross country. But my love for fitness, sports, and exercise began way before I ever played on an official team. I was that kid that spent countless hours outside, riding bikes, climbing trees, playing ball, climbing on top of stuff I wasn’t supposed to… you know, that kind of stuff.  If it involved running around, I was always in the mix of it. When I was around 12 years old, my parents always found me doing multiple sets of sit-ups with my feet cramped under their couch. It was at that age when I started to develop a genuine interest in fitness and how muscles work and started reading books about fitness and weightlifting. The place where my family and I lived had an outdoor basketball hoop and a small fitness center. There was barely any space around that huge weightlifting platform and I never encountered another soul in that room, but I loved going there! It was at that age when I also started putting together my own workouts. I loved how I felt during and after working out. I came home tired and sweaty after going on runs around the neighborhood and my mom just stared at me smiling. When I was a kid, moving and exercising made me feel great, gave me something that was “mine,” and instilled the undeniable feeling of accomplishment. As I sit writing this, I’m realizing I never lost that. I still feel the same way. Exercising, movement, fitness… enlivens me. It comprises a huge part of my life and identity. It gives me a sense of purpose and direction. Now, I also view fitness/working out/training from the health lens, but that’s just an added bonus. My mindset and motivation hasn’t changed around why I train or why I need it in my life.

I wanted to share a little of my story to shed light on the passion and motivation behind why I do what I do. Now, some will agree that this is long overdue, but I am in the process of obtaining my Physical Trainer Certification. This is another reason why I’m super excited to bring this training guide to you! Because I know it can help you transform your body and bring you results!

While I’ve always been passionate about fitness and health, I did experience a rough period in my life a few years back where a personal physical and mental transformation desperately needed to take place! So, I understand it’s not always easy to pick up where you’ve left off or to get started. Or to even engage in the actions and behaviors that rationally you know are great for you. I get it.

But if you are at a point in your life where you really need to get your butt off of the couch or if you’re looking to shake things up in your fitness routine, then you’ll love this training guide. It will definitely challenge you, physically AND mentally. And that’s a great thing.

The Get Lean and Fit: Your 4-week Training Guide to Blast Fat and Get Toned is for anyone who has basic knowledge of strength training equipment and who has strength trained at the gym before. If neither applies to you but you really want to get your butt in gear and start training and sweating off the fat, then I would strongly recommend teaming up with a buddy or someone who has previous experience in the weight room. The Get Lean and Fit Training Guide will definitely help you get started on the journey towards the body you want!

This guide takes the guesswork out of workouts and it will save you time by not having to research workouts. Sure, you can spend hours searching multiple websites to compile the free information into a complete system. But you don’t have to.
